Oggi ad Use it Tuesday parliamo di ...Natale che è il tema della sfida!

Questa è l'ultima sfida in quanto si chiude questa esperienza . E' stato bello poter creare per questo blog soprattutto per la sfida ad usare materiale un po' dimenticato.

Per fare questa card ho usato un timbro a tema natale che ho da quandoho iniziato lo scrap,ma mai usato. ho creato delle palle di natale con la fustellina a tag tonda di Tim Holtz.

E' un po scura come card avendo usato il kraft, per questo ho dato un tocco di luce con i glitter.

Ciao, un'idea per i regali di natale handmade o per uno swap? Il sale aromatico! Che bello realizzare i vasetti con i timbri della Florilege Design a tema gourmand. C'è anche l'etichetta per il sale aromatizzato che dalla mia foto non si vede perché è sul coperchio.

Alberello di Natale a... strisce

Eccoci al nuovo challenge di Use it Tuesday che ha come tema...adesivi.
Dovete sapere che io ne ho un po' nel mio scrap-armadio,ma non li uso mai e mi riprometto sempre di smettere di comperarne.

Ho realizzato questa card dove ho creato l'albero con vari ritagli di patterned della Farmhouse collection che adoro e tutte le decorazioni sono adesivi che ho modificato un po' per dare un po' di effetto 3d. L'adesivo della taghettina LOVE, per esempio, è re-incollato con l'adesivo spessorato e ho messo questa perlina glitterata rossa sempre per dare un po' di "volume".

Il challenge di Use it tuesday ha come tema gli ANIMALI.

Grazie alla silhouette cameo che ha fatto la maggior parte del lavoro ho realizzato questo gufetto porta dolci adatto praticamente ad ogni occasione.

il bello è che per decorarlo potete,come ho fatto io, rovistare nella scatola dei ritagli e coordinare il gufetto nei colori che vi piacciono di più.

Ritagli e avanzi...

Il challenge di Use it tuesday di queste prossime settimane è utilissimo perchè dobbiamo usare

RITAGLI E AVANZI!

E' l'occasione buona per scavare nella scatola degli avanzi e creare qualcosa con quei pezzi che abbiamo conservato da anni!
L'ultimo pezzetto di nastro, la fustellata rimasta dall'ultimo album,  o come ho fatto io tutti i vecchi ritagli natalizi rimasti dall'ano scorso!

Il primo progetto di Natale dell'anno è questa card piena di banner scraplift di quella del Blog di Elena B.

Ho ritagliato i banner le stelle e per dare un tocco di bianco un po' di acrilico spruzzato e qualche fiocco di neve embossato.

50 anni...d'amore

Un nuovo challenge per Useit tuesday questa volta il tema è abbastanza libero con l'unico vincolo di usare nei Vs progetti almeno 2 elementi un po' vecchi o dimenticati.

Ecco la mi book card per una coppia che ha festeggiato un traguardo bellissimo: le nozze d'oro!

Elemento nr 1 è un vecchio centrino di carta che fa parte di un set preso un sacco di tempo fa e mai usato.

L'altro è l'abbellimento all'interno : perle, filo dorato e nastro hanno almeno 5 anni. il fiore di stoffa è invece di un kit dell'anno scorso.

Here is the bookcard I made for a couple who celebrated a romantic milestone the golden anniversary.

Element number 1 is this old paper doily that I bought lot of time ago and never used.

The other one is inside the card and is  the embellishment: pearls, gold thread and ribbon have at least 5 years. Fhe fabric flower instead is part of a kit purchased last year.

Il tema delle prossime settimane di Use it tuesday è bellissimo! infatti il challenge è ispirarsi all'

AMICIZIA!

potete partecipare con un lo, una card o un progetto dedicato agli amici più cari o magari da regalare ad un amico. Se partecipate non dimenticatevi di scrivere quali elementi scrap avete usato magari un po' datati o nascosti nel cassetto.

Ecco il mio progetto...una tag tono su tono con i colori naturali e kraft.

E ho finalmente usato il bookplate della fustella TAG di Tim holtz che non avevo ancora usato per fare la decorazione chipboard. Ho incollato 2 cartoncini poi sopra la carta da pacco poi ho tagliato con la fustella e con il distress per accentuare l'effetto 3d.

LA tag è ispirata allo sketch di tagalicious e ho usato la carta da pacco industriale per la peonia e il bookplate.

Explosion wedding cake box

Oltre allo scrap una mia passione più visiva che “operativa” sono le wedding cake bellissime che vediamo in tv e le decorazioni in PDZ.

In questo progetto ho deciso di riprodurre una torta..in carta anziché in zucchero!

Sicuramente più dietetica,ma fa comunque la sua scena nella Explosion box che ho realizzato.

Il tema della sfida di USE IT TUESDAY è trends/mode

Ultimamente si vedono tante explosion box e anche io ho voluto seguire questo filone.

Siccome avevo questa pattered paper rosa/verde beige ho riprodotto i colori nella decorazione ed ho creato una taschina per i soldi da regalare agli sposi.

In this project I decided to makea cake .. in paper rather than sugar!

In the last months we see many explosion box so I wanted to follow this trend.

Since I had this paper pattered pink / green /beige I reproduce the colors for the decorations and I have created a small pocket for the money as a gift to the newlyweds.

Oggi grazie alla sfida
 di Use it tuesday ho potuto finalmente utilizzare questo set della Hero arts che avevo da un po'.  Infatti tema della sfida è:

TIMBRI non ancora usati

Vuoi perchè siamo più veloci a comprare che a scrappare (eheh) o perchè ci dimentichiamo di averli abbiamo sempre dei timbri nuovi ancora da "inchiostrare".

Io avevo da un po' questo set EARTH FLOWER e cercando sul web ho trovato un bellissimo tutorial di Shari Carrol sulla tecnica del color layering e ne ho approfittato subito per metterlo in pratica.

Ho realizzato 2 card: la prima è in formato americano 

Mentre l'altra è in formato più classico

per decorare ho usato i timbri del set farfalle della Hero Arts che adoro e che spesso anzi sempre uso!

Partecipate anche voi con il vostro timbro o set ancora da provare!!!

Thanks to the challenge of Use tuesday it I could finally use this set of Hero arts that I had for a while '. In fact, the theme of the challenge is:

UnINKED STAMPS 

Maybe because we buy faster than creating or because we forget them in the closet we always own new stamps who never get the ink on.
I had this set EARTH FLOWER and searching the web I found a cool tutorial by Shari Carroll on the technique of color layering and I took the opportunity to put into practice.

I used the stamps to decorate the set of Hero Arts butterflies that I love and often use them at all times!

BABY book card

Oggi esco dalla mia "confort zone" per cimentarmi in un lavoro abbastanza complicato per una scrapper ovvero... usare le carte che abbiamo accuratamente nascosto nel profondo angolo scrap.
L'occasione è arrivata con il Challenge di Use it tuesday che è:

COSA AVEVO IN MENTE?

questa frase è ovviamente iper-interpretabile...eheh,ma io ho subito pensato ad un acquisto di impulso, fatto circa 3 anni fa quando NON sapevo assolutamente cosa fosse lo scrapbooking! Da 99cent a bologna avevo trovato dei set di carte a tema baby con tanto di adesivi e li avevo presi così tanto per...
Ora è un periodo di nascite intenso e mi sono detta provo,ma i colori e i disegni sono un po' superati e non ero sicura di come usarli.

Poi l'idea, la book card che è carina perchè è un bigliettino,ma anche un portafoto e starebbe benissimo in cima ad una bella torta di pannolini che presto finirò : )

Così ho cercato di rendere più "moderno " il mio set decorando con fustelle journaling e crepla.
Manca solo il nome del bebè!

Ora se anche voi avete un po' di materiale che avevate comprato tempo fa e che state tenendo lì lì per giorni migliori...provate a scrapparlo e raccontatecelo su USE IT TUESDAY!


Today I go out of my "comfort zone" to try a complicated project for a scrapper  ... use the cards that we have carefully hidden in the deepest corner!
The opportunity came with the Challenge of Use tuesday that it is:

WHAT was I THINKING??

I immediately thought of an impulse purchase, made ​​about 3 years ago when I had no idea what scrapbooking was ! From SHOP called "99cent " I found the set of papers themed baby with lots of stickers and I could't resist to buy.

The colors and designs are a little outdated and I was not sure how to use them.
Then the idea, the book card which is nice because it is a a card,obviously, but also a frame and would look great on top of a beautiful diaper cake that I will finish soon:)
So I tried to re-new a bit my set decorating with journaling dies and moosgummi. Only thing missing is the baby's name!

Now if you also have a bit 'of material that you had purchased long ago and that you are holding the verge of better days ... try to scrap it and let us know at  USE IT TUESDAY!

Anzi da domani mi vedrete alle prese con una nuova avventura.

Sono infatti entrata nel Design team del sito USE IT TUESDAY!

è il sito ideale per noi scrapper accumulatrici perchè ci sprona ad usare (ogni 2 martedì al mese) un po' delle carte nascoste nell'armadio, quel timbro che vi eravate dimenticate di aver comprato, quei nastri che vi piacciono così tanto che ogni volta ne tagliate solo 1 cm per non finirli!

Le sfide sono molto divertenti e libere perchè a parte seguire il tema potete sbizzarrirvi alla grande.

Allora vi aspetto domani sul mio blog e sul sito di Use it tuesday per scoprire la nuova sfida e partecipare!
